I’m Kavita and I’m so delighted you’re here.

I’m a corporate lawyer turned Spiritual Sherpa and Unconventional Leadership and Business Strategist. I started coaching in 2008 while still in corporate and fully transitioned out 13 years ago. Since then, I’ve been mentoring women privately and in live and virtual courses, serving thousands.

As an Indian woman, an Ivy League and Wharton grad, a lawyer with a deep background in ancient Vedic wisdom, intergenerational & energy healing, I have a hard-won understanding of True Self Expression & Embodiment at work and at home, something many of us long for.

I support visionary women doing world changing work, whether you do it at your company, as an entrepreneur, a mom or through other artistic endeavors and justice initiatives.
